At Elvonaluxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

How to Return

1. Contact us at support@elvonaluxe.com with your order number
2. Our team will provide return instructions and a return address
3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
